Warranty
TopPC.fi warrants the products in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty period and the terms and conditions stated in the user manual or on the manufacturer's warranty card. The minimum warranty period for any product shall be 1 year, the maximum 3 years. The exact warranty period for the product you are interested in is specified in the product description.
The warranty for laptops, peripherals (monitors, printers, scanners, etc.) is provided by the manufacturers' authorised service centres. If the manufacturer does not have an authorised service centre in Lithuania, the warranty is provided by Komtech.lt according to the warranty period specified by the manufacturer. In this case, the transport of the goods is free of charge and is organised by DPD pick up service.
The warranty of the goods is confirmed by a warranty voucher, which is issued upon receipt of the goods. The warranty period is measured from the date of issue of the guarantee voucher until the expiry of the period specified in the voucher.
During the warranty period, the defective product will be repaired or exchanged for a new or similar product.
A product replaced after the warranty period does not benefit from an additional warranty period, the current warranty period continues from the date of issue of the guarantee voucher until the expiry of the period specified in the voucher.
The warranty only covers internal technical damage to the product.
The warranty does not cover the following damage to the product: - damage caused by foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects inside the product, - damage caused by the elements, fire, domestic factors, accidental external factors (sudden voltage changes in the mains, thunderstorms, etc.)damage caused by substandard and/or poor quality consumables, spare parts, consumables, accessories, various types of media (including but not limited to CDs and floppy disks), - damage caused by substandard and/or poor quality consumables, spare parts, consumables, accessories, various types of media (including but not limited to CDs and floppy disks). - Damage caused by use of the product for purposes for which it was not intended, or by physical, electrical, chemical, thermal, etc. loads exceeding the manufacturer's durability specifications.
The warranty does not cover: - consumables, accessory kits, batteries, accumulators, mechanical accessories (printer paper holders, mouse pads, etc.)
